Hanakkori Spring Rolls
Hanakkori is a Yamaguchi original developed in 2003 between a broccoli and the Chinese vegetable saishin. It is very green and the whole vegetable (including the flowers and the stem) can be eaten. Hanakkori is very easy to use in meals, just boil it like broccoli and use it for salad, pasta, and other dishes.
Hanakkori 1 bag (170g)
Ham 8 slices
Processed cheese 8 slices
Flour spring roll wrappers 8 sheets
Mixture of flour and water
1.Cut the hanakkori to the same width as the cheese, boil them slightly and separate into 8.
2.Layer the ham, cheese, and hanakkori respectively and roll them up. Roll this into the spring roll wrapper and use the mixture of flour and water to keep it from unrolling. This should make 8.
3.Fry them in oil in 170℃ till they are golden brown.
