Thinly sliced pork 6
1. Cut off the 1cm of the root to the asparagus. Peel off the skin of the root and cut the asparagus in halves.
2. Boil asparagus in water with a pinch of salt. Take out the asparagus while it’s still firm.
3. Salt and pepper the pork. Roll up and wrap the pork around the asparagus.
4. Roll the asparagus/pork in flour lightly.
5. Fry the roll-ups in vegetable oil till they become golden brown.
