Tomato Sauce to taste
1 slice bacon
1 belly of Cod Roe (Mentaiko)
1/8 sliced onion
1/2 sliced bell pepper
Pizza cheese to taste
１． Cut the bacon to about 1cm pieces, slice the onion and pepper thinly, and prepare the mentaiko.
２． Arrange the mochi in a round shape, on a plate covered with parchment paper. Soften it a bit in the microwave.
３． Move the parchment paper and mochi onto a toaster tray, and cook for a while. (You don`t need to cook it until brown)
４． Top with tomato sauce, bacon, onion, cod roe, and pizza cheese.
５． Return it to the toaster until the cheese melts.
