L’Austral Makes Her First Visit to Yamaguchi at the Port of Iwakuni

On April 4, 2015, the French cruise ship L’Austral visited the port of Iwakuni. This was the first ship from abroad to stop at Iwakuni, and the city showed her guests a warm welcome throughout the day. Passengers toured famous landmarks like the Kintaikyo Bridge, and enjoyed the many activities, local specialties and traditional performances available on the wharf. We even opened the wharf to the general public and over 500 locals, excited to see our guests, came to the port.
