事業の概要／Description of the Project／Descripción del programa

　本事業は、山口県と結びつきの深い海外の若者を受け入れ、知識・技術の習得機会の提供や県民の皆様との交流を通じて、出身国の社会・経済の発展に寄与する人材を養成するもので、研修員受入先となる県内企業・団体をはじめ、県国際交流協会・山口県ブラジル親善協会・山口県ベルー協会など皆さまのご協力をいただいて実施しています。
　令和5年度も中南米（ブラジル、ペルー、メキシコ）から5名の研修員が、8月から翌年（令和6年）2月まで約半年間の研修を受けるために来県しました！
　昭和54年の開始から現在まで、本事業により受け入れた研修員は、ブラジルの89人、ペルーの84人、メキシコの29人など累計327人を数えます。

　This project accepts young people from overseas who are deeply linked to Yamaguchi Prefecture, and trains human resources who will contribute to social and economic development in their home countries by providing opportunities to acquire knowledge and skills through the interactions with the residents of this prefecture. This is made possible with the cooperation of the prefectural companies and organizations that accept trainees, the Yamaguchi International Exchange Association, the Yamaguchi Brazil Association, the Yamaguchi Peru Association, etc.
　This year, five trainees from Latin America (Brazil, Peru, and Mexico) came to the prefecture to receive about half a year of training from August to February!
　Since its launch in 1979, the total number of trainees accepted through this project has reached 327, including 89 from Brazil, 84 from Peru, and 29 from Mexico.

活動の状況／Activities／Actividades

令和5年度の研修が無事に終了しました！（令和6年（2024年）2月9日）

　このたび全員が半年間の研修を無事に終了することができ、受入企業等の方々にもご出席いただいて県庁で修了式を行いました。

　あっという間の半年間でしたが、研修生にとって、山口県での生活は大変印象深いものになったようです。

　ご協力いただいた皆様、ありがとうございました。

　研修生の皆さんには、これからも日本とそれぞれの国の架け橋となって、活躍されることを期待します。

The training has finished successfully! (February 9, 2024)

　Everyone has successfully finished their half year training, and a ceremony was held at the prefectural office with the host companies in attendance.

　Six months flew by, but for the trainees, living in Yamaguchi Prefecture seemed to leave a memorable impression.

　Thank you all for your cooperation.

　We hope for the trainees success and for them to continue being a bridge between Japan and their countries.

令和5年度研修生が知事表敬を行いました！（令和5年（2023年）9月4日）

　県庁において、知事への表敬訪問及を行いました。
　まだ不慣れな日本語ですが、全員しっかり日本語で自己紹介や会話をしました。
　これからいよいよ半年間の研修が始まります。

A courtesy call to the governor was held!（September 4, 2023）

　At the prefectural office, a courtesy visit to the governor was held. Although they are still unversed in Japanese, all trainees introduced themselves and spoke in Japanese. Their training for half a year will finally begin.
